January 11, 2011: Bridgeport, MI 48722 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Carman-Ainsworth Cavaliers (Flint, MI) and the host Bridgeport Bearcats (Bridgeport, MI), saw Carman-Ainsworth's basketball squad trounce Bridgeport by a score of 67-38.
With the victory, Carman-Ainsworth improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Flushing (Flushing, MI) to battle the Raiders in a Big Nine challenge on Friday, January 14. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 3-2. Flushing lost 69-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Buena Vista (Saginaw, MI)
Next up, the Bearcats battle the Frankenmuth Eagles (Frankenmuth, MI) in a Tri-Valley - East challenge, on Friday, January 14. Bridgeport will attempt to improve on its 7-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 65-45 non-league win over Corunna (Corunna, MI).
