December 30, 2009: Birmingham, AL 35219 The Jacksonville Golden Eagles basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Carroll Catholic Cavaliers to 53 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
In their next game, the Golden Eagles face the Saks Wildcats (Anniston, AL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 2. Jacksonville will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 7-3 record after their 62-58 non-league loss to Cullman (Cullman, AL).
