January 30, 2018: Cincinnati, OH 45251 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lakota East Thunderhawks (Liberty Township, OH) and the host Colerain Cardinals (Cincinnati, OH), saw Lakota East's basketball squad overcome Colerain by a tally of 56-48.
With the victory, Lakota East improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Thunderhawks travel to Hamilton (Hamilton, OH) to confront the Big Blue in a Greater Miami challenge on Friday, February 2. The Big Blue come into the challenge with a record of 12-7. Hamilton lost 73-46 in their recent league challenge against Princeton (Cincinnati, OH)
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Fairfield Indians (Fairfield, OH) in a Greater Miami challenge, on Friday, February 2. Colerain will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 56-43 league win over Oak Hills (Cincinnati, OH).
