The Wildcats now own a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Owen Valley for a non-league contest on Friday, October 23. Jasper will play a Patriots squad coming off a 28-14 non-league loss to Northview (Brazil, IN). The Patriots record now stands at 7-2.
The Wildcats (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Pike Central (Petersburg, IN). The Chargers enter the non-league match with a 2-8 record. In their last match, Pike Central ran past North Posey (Poseyville, IN), 38-28, in a league match.
