Fair Lawn CUTTERS (Fair Lawn, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Garfield Boilermakers (Garfield, NJ), 59-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fair Lawn upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The CUTTERS host Hackensack (Hackensack, NJ) to encounter the Comets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 15. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 9-5.

Next up, the Boilermakers encounter the Saddle Brook Falcons (Saddle Brook, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 12. Garfield will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record.
