The Rams now hold a 23-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tualatin for a non-league outing on Friday, May 27. Central Catholic will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Tigard (Tigard, OR). The Timberwolves record now stands at 22-5.

North jumped out to a 1-0 when Jordan Rodriguez singled, stole second and third base, then scored on Austin Hamilton's sac fly. Central Catholic got that back in a hurry when Luke Wanonderhaegen doubled and scored on Garrett Olin's 2-run HR. Austin Hamilton and Codi Scanlon then locked up in pitcher's dual. North tied it in the 4th on Jon Munson's two-out single to score Hamilton. CC got the difference maker in 6th when Hunter Weiss doubled and came in to score. North threatened in the 6th putting two runners on but couldn't get to Scanlon. Brady Hartl was 2-3 for North as the Viks only recorded four hits.
This has been a great run by the seniors. We all wanted to keep playing but no one will ever take away our Central Valley League Championship
