Union Parish Farmers (Farmerville, LA) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team run past the visiting Richwood Rams (Monroe, LA), 35-12 in a league test.

With the win, Union Parish improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Farmers travel to Madison (Tallulah, LA) to confront the Jaguars in a 3A District 2 test on Friday, October 12. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 0-6. Madison lost 86-0 in their recent league test against Wossman (Monroe, LA)

With the loss, Richwood moves to 0-6 on the season. The Rams host Carroll (Monroe, LA) to confront the Bulldogs in a 3A District 2 test on Thursday, October 11. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-5. Carroll lost 52-26 in their recent league test against Sterlington (Sterlington, LA)
