The Canon-McMillan Big Macs thwarted the host Norwin Knights football team by a count of 34-12 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Canon-McMillan upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Big Macs host Central Catholic (Pittsburgh, PA) to encounter the Vikings in a WPIAL 6A outing on Friday, October 19. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 6-2. Central Catholic won 45-10 in their recent league outing against Butler (Butler, PA)

With the loss, Norwin moves to 3-5 on the season. The Knights travel to Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA) to encounter the Blue Devils in a WPIAL 6A outing on Friday, October 19. The Blue Devils go into the outing with a record of 3-5. Mt. Lebanon lost 42-24 in their recent league outing against Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA)
