Illinois High School Basketball - University prevails Perspectives-IIT Math & Science/Joslin
November 26, 2011: Chicago, IL 60637 University Maroons (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Perspectives-IIT Math & Science/Joslin (Chicago, IL), 66-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, University upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Maroons host Lutheran (Springfield, IL) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Lutheran won 46-26 in their recent non-league bout against Rushville-Industry (Rushville, IL)
Next up, the play the University of Chicago Charter (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 26. Perspectives-IIT Math & Science/Joslin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
