December 10, 2011: Washington, DC 20007 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Georgetown Visitation Prep (Washington, DC) and the visiting Anacostia Indians (Washington, DC), saw Georgetown Visitation Prep's basketball squad trounce Anacostia by a score of 77-28.
With the victory, Georgetown Visitation Prep improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The host Battlefield (Haymarket, VA) to battle the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Battlefield lost 41-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Liberty (Bealeton, VA)
Next up, the Indians battle the Parkdale Panthers (Riverdale, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 12. Anacostia will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 94-41 league loss to Flowers (Springdale, MD).
