October 31, 2009: Bayfield, CO 81122 The Bayfield Wolverines volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Trinidad Miners to 0 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Saturday.
The Wolverines now have a 21-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lamar for a non-league game on Saturday, October 31. Bayfield will meet a Savages team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Classical Academy (Colorado Springs, CO). The Savages record now stands at 15-4.
The Miners (2-14) will now prepare for their game against St. Mary's (Colorado Springs, CO). The Pirates enter the non-league game with a 19-1 record. In their last game, St. Mary's dropped by Colorado Springs Christian (Colorado Springs, CO), 3-0, in a non-league game.
