The Westchester Country Day Wildcats basketball team (High Point, NC), was overwhelmed 70-25 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Gaston Day Spartans (Gastonia, NC)

The Spartans now possess a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Word of God Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 10. Gaston Day will confront a Holy Rams team coming off a 47-38 non-league loss to Statesville Christian (Statesville, NC). The Holy Rams record now stands at 2-7.
