October 16, 2008: New Iberia, LA 70560 In Thursday's league match, the host New Iberia Yellowjackets football squad scored a good 26-14 victory over the Carencro Bears.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets clash with the Pineville Rebels (Pineville, LA) in a 5A District 4 match, on Friday, October 24. New Iberia will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record.
The Bears (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Westgate (New Iberia, LA). The Tigers enter the 5A District 4 match with a 1-3 record.
