Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse team achieve victory over the visiting Chaparral Firebirds (Scottsdale, AZ), 8-3 in a league challenge.

The Lancers now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tanque Verde for a Division 1 challenge on Tuesday, April 27. Salpointe Catholic will meet a Hawks team coming off a 13-5 league loss to Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Hawks record now stands at 8-4.

In their next game, the Firebirds meet the Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ) in a Division 1 challenge, on Tuesday, April 27. Chaparral will attempt to advance on its 10-2 season record. The Thunder come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 6-5 league win over Chandler (Chandler, AZ).
