The Heritage Christian Eagles basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Millers Creek Christian to 43 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Victory Christian Academy for a CSAA contest on Tuesday, December 4. Heritage Christian will meet a Patriots team coming off a 62-55 league loss to Lake Lure Classical Academy (Lake Lure, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 4-4.
The (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC). The Bobcats enter the CAASC Central Carolina - East contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Piedmont Classical ran past SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC), 82-45, in a non-league contest.
