December 9, 2016: Lake Charles, LA 70607 The Lake Charles College Prep basketball team (Lake Charles, LA), was overwhelmed 69-20 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA)
The Cubs now possess a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairview for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. University Lab will battle a Panthers team coming off a 76-63 non-league win over DeRidder (DeRidder, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 14-2.
The (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Washington-Marion (Lake Charles, LA). The Charging Indians come into the non-league battle with a 1-10 record. In their last battle, Washington-Marion was overwhelmed by Lake Arthur (Lake Arthur, LA), 61-28, in a non-league battle.
