September 20, 2013: Abilene, TX 79605 The Cooper Cougars football squad scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Coronado Mustangs to 28 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Odessa for a 5A Region I District 2 battle on Friday, September 27. Cooper will face a Bronchos squad coming off a 54-21 league loss to San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX). The Bronchos record now stands at 2-2.
