Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the McClymonds Warriors (Oakland, CA) and the visiting El Cerrito Gauchos (El Cerrito, CA), saw McClymonds's basketball squad hold off El Cerrito by a score of 66-60.

With the victory, McClymonds improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Monte Vista (Danville, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, December 17. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 3-2. Monte Vista won 44-43 in their recent non-league test against St. Joseph Notre Dame (Alameda, CA)

The Gauchos now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moreau Catholic for a non-league test on Saturday, December 17. El Cerrito will clash with a Mariners squad coming off a 60-43 non-league win over San Rafael (San Rafael, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 2-5.
