The South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA) baseball trounced the host Truckee Wolverines (Truckee, CA), 21-4 in Tuesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Vikings play the Bishop Manogue Miners (Reno, NV) in a Northern - Sierra contest, on Thursday, April 2. South Tahoe will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Miners enter the contest with a 5-3 record after their 9-3 non-league win over Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV).

The Wolverines now sport a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Spring Creek for a Northern 3A contest on Friday, April 3. Truckee will play a Spartans squad coming off a 15-14 league win over Sparks (Sparks, NV). The Spartans record now stands at 7-1.
