The Wolfpack (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Perris (Perris, CA). The Panthers go into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Perris nipped Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA), 4-2, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA). The Nighthawks enter the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Murrieta Valley King (Riverside, CA), 1-1, in a non-league bout.
Game Summary
Elsinore gave away two early goals and pressured for the remainder of the game but was not able to regain more than one goal. Great Oak pressed the attack early with fast paced forays into the Elsinore zone netting two goals in the opening 10 minutes. Elsinore's attempts to tie the score after an early goal in the second half fell short and Great Oak scored their final goal off an errant pass from an Elsinore player.
