California High School Football - Delano trounces Golden West
October 3, 2008: Visalia, CA 93292 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Delano Tigers football squad scored a big 35-0 victory over the Golden West Blazers.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Monache Marauders (Porterville, CA) in a East Yosemite match, on Friday, October 10. Delano will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Marauders enter the match with a 3-1 record after their 20-10 league win over Granite Hills (Porterville, CA).
The Blazers (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Mt. Whitney (Visalia, CA). The Pioneers enter the West Yosemite match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Mt. Whitney was crushed by El Diamante (Visalia, CA), 54-13, in a league match.
