The West Catholic Burrs (Philadelphia, PA) football routed the host Mahanoy Area Golden Bears (Mahanoy City, PA), 48-7 in Saturday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Burrs face the Bishop McDevitt Royal Lancers (Wyncote, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 9. West Catholic will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Royal Lancers enter the bout with a 8-3 record after their 27-19 non-league win over Schuylkill Haven (Schuylkill Haven, PA).
