The Central Catholic Raiders (Modesto, CA) football routed the host Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA), 49-13 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the St. Mary's Rams (Stockton, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 6. Central Catholic will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Rams enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 34-27 non-league win over Stockdale (Bakersfield, CA).

The Hillmen (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Christian Brothers walloped River City (West Sacramento, CA), 41-10, in a non-league bout.
