In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) soccer team routed the host Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC), by a score of 5-1.

Next, the Eagles confront the Maiden Blue Devils (Maiden, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 8. Lincoln Charter will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 2-2 non-league South Caldwell (Hudson, NC).
