Independence 76ers (San Jose, CA) fans were pleased Friday as they witnessed their football team notch a victory over the visiting Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA), 45-35 in a league game.

With the win, Independence improves its record to 4-4 on the season. The 76ers travel to Leigh (San Jose, CA) to meet the Longhorns in a Mount Hamilton game on Friday, November 4. The Longhorns enter the game with a record of 2-6. Leigh lost 35-26 in their recent league game against Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA)
