The Towanda Knights football team (Towanda, PA), was knocked off 10-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Loyalsock Lancers (Williamsport, PA)

The Lancers (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA). The Indians come into the Heartland II challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, Shamokin Area knocked off Mifflinburg (Mifflinburg, PA), 31-15, in a non-league challenge.

The Knights now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wyalusing Valley Area for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 31. Towanda will meet a Rams team coming off a 28-0 league win over Sayre (Sayre, PA). The Rams record now stands at 2-7.
