The East Thunderbirds basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Central Indians to 59 in the Thunderbirds league triumph on Thursday.

The Thunderbirds now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thunder Basin for a 4A East contest on Friday, February 16. East will battle a Bolts team coming off a 67-63 non-league loss to Laramie (Laramie, WY). The Bolts record now stands at 5-15.

The Indians (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY). The Bolts enter the non-league contest with a 5-15 record. In their last contest, Thunder Basin was defeated by Laramie (Laramie, WY), 67-63, in a non-league contest.
