In Friday's league challenge, the Mt. Enterprise Wildcats (Mt. Enterprise, TX) baseball squad edged the visiting Douglass Indians (Douglass, TX), by a final score of 9-8.

With the win, Mt. Enterprise upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season. The Wildcats host Alto (Alto, TX) to battle the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 6.
