Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Lincoln Park Railsplitters (Lincoln Park, MI), 60-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Trenton upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Allen Park (Allen Park, MI) to play the Jaguars in a Downriver bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 7-4. Allen Park won 56-43 in their recent league bout against Truman (Taylor, MI)

Next up, the Railsplitters play the Kennedy Eagles (Taylor, MI) in a Downriver bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Lincoln Park will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 64-57 league win over Anderson (Southgate, MI).
