Delaware High School Basketball - Sussex Tech tops Dover
January 12, 2018: Georgetown, DE 19947 Sussex Tech Ravens (Georgetown, DE) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Dover Senators (Dover, DE), 48-34 in a league bout.
With the victory, Sussex Tech upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Ravens host Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE) to play the Golden Knights in a Henlopen - Northern bout on Monday, January 15. The Golden Knights come into the bout with a record of 5-4. Sussex Central lost 51-42 in their recent league bout against Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE)
Next up, the Senators play the Wilmington Friends Quakers (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Dover will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Quakers come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 40-33 non-league win over Wilmington Charter (Wilmington, DE).
