Michigan High School Basketball - Frankenmuth crushes Birch Run
January 19, 2018: Frankenmuth, MI 48734 Frankenmuth Eagles (Frankenmuth, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Birch Run Panthers (Birch Run, MI), 69-36 in a league bout.
With the win, Frankenmuth upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Caro (Caro, MI) to play the Tigers in a Tri-Valley - East bout on Friday, January 26. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-6.
Next up, the Panthers play the Clio Mustangs (Clio, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Birch Run will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 61-56 league win over Kearsley (Flint, MI).
