The King Crusaders (Detroit, MI) basketball felled the host Renaissance Phoenix (Detroit, MI), 69-54 in Friday's non-league test.

The Crusaders (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Crockett Tech (Detroit, MI). The Rockets go into the non-league test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Crockett Tech defeated Ford (Detroit, MI), 87-66, in a non-league test.

The Phoenix now own a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they host Allen Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 28.
