Georgia High School Basketball - Randolph-Clay overwhelms Baker County
November 18, 2014: Newton, GA 39870 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Randolph-Clay Red Devils (Cuthbert, GA) and the host Baker County Bears (Newton, GA), saw Randolph-Clay's basketball squad wallop Baker County by a tally of 90-34.
With the victory, Randolph-Clay improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Stewart County (Lumpkin, GA) to confront the Knights in a A Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, December 2. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Bears confront the Schley County Wildcats (Ellaville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 21. Baker County will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 55-48 non-league loss to Quitman County (Georgetown, GA).
