In Thursday's non-league outing, the Curtis Vikings (University Place, WA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Wilson Rams (Tacoma, WA), by a margin of 66-40.

The Vikings (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Lakes (Lakewood, WA). The Lancers go into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Lakes was trounced by Juanita (Kirkland, WA), 54-41, in a non-league outing.

The Rams now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Mount Tahoma for a 3A Pierce County outing on Wednesday, January 3. Wilson will clash with a T-Birds squad coming off a 57-31 non-league loss to Bishop Blanchet (Seattle, WA). The T-Birds record now stands at 4-6.
