November 13, 2015: Newport, RI 02840 In Friday's non-league game, the Rogers Vikings (Newport, RI) football team were victorious over the visiting Tolman Tigers (Pawtucket, RI), by a score of 28-6.
The Vikings (8-2) will now prepare for their game against St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI). The Saints come into the Division II-A game with a 7-3 record. In their last game, St. Raphael Academy knocked off North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI), 28-21, in a non-league game.
The Tigers now sport a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Shea for a non-league game on Wednesday, November 25.
