The Mills University Studies Comets basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the host Kirby Cougars to 52 in the Comets non-league victory on Saturday.

The Comets now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hall for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Mills University Studies will battle a Warriors team coming off a 53-40 non-league win over Mitchell (Memphis, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 4-0.

The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Collierville (Collierville, TN). The Dragons come into the AAA District 15 contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Collierville was routed by Bartlett (Bartlett, TN), 56-48, in a non-league contest.
