March 29, 2011: West Palm Beach, FL 33409 The Highlands Christian Knights baseball team (Pompano Beach, FL), was overwhelmed 8-3 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the host King's Academy Lions (West Palm Beach, FL)
The Lions now hold a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to American Heritage for a 2A District 13 outing on Thursday, March 31. King's Academy will confront a Stallions team coming off a 13-3 league win over Pope John Paul II (Boca Raton, FL). The Stallions record now stands at 11-4.
Next, the Knights confront the Pine Crest Panthers (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 31. Highlands Christian will attempt to advance on its 7-7 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 7-7 record after their 20-10 league loss to North Broward Prep (Coconut Creek, FL).
