Nevada High School Basketball - Bishop Gorman thwarts Timpview
December 16, 2015: Las Vegas, NV 89148 The Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) basketball knocked off the visiting Timpview Thunderbirds (Provo, UT), 73-62 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Gaels (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA). The Sea Hawks go into the non-league test with a 6-0 record. In their last test, Redondo Union notched a victory over Sheldon (Sacramento, CA), 69-61, in a non-league test.
The Thunderbirds now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cathedral for a non-league test on Friday, December 18. Timpview will encounter a Phantoms squad coming off a 54-46 non-league loss to Maranatha (Pasadena, CA). The Phantoms record now stands at 3-4.
