September 24, 2016: New Rochelle, NY 10804 The Chaminade Flyers football team (Mineola, NY), was knocked off 21-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Iona Prep Gaels (New Rochelle, NY)
The Gaels (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardinal Hayes (Bronx, NY). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Cardinal Hayes was knocked off by Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, NY), 41-22, in a non-league challenge.
The Flyers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Monsignor Farrell for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 1.
