Palatka Panthers (Palatka, FL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Jackson Tigers (Jacksonville, FL), 66-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Palatka upgrades its record to 18-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to St. Augustine (St. Augustine, FL) to encounter the Yellowjackets in a 4A District 4 bout on Friday, January 28. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 13-8.
