West Morris Mendham Minutemen (Mendham, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting West Milford Highlanders (West Milford, NJ), 47-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Morris Mendham upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Minutemen travel to Randolph (Randolph, NJ) to play the Rams in a Northwest Jersey - American bout on Thursday, January 3. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Randolph lost 60-46 in their recent non-league bout against Dickinson (Jersey City, NJ)

Next up, the Highlanders play the West Morris Central Wolfpack (Chester, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 28. West Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 71-49 league win over Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ).
