The Basha Bears basketball team (Chandler, AZ), was toppled 66-47 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Alemany Warriors (Mission Hills, CA)

The Warriors now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Horizon for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 22. Alemany will battle a Hawks team coming off a 46-44 non-league win over Clovis West (Fresno, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 5-1.

The Bears (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain View (Tucson, AZ). The Mountain Lions come into the I Section II battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Mountain View prevailed over Pusch Ridge Christian Academy (Tucson, AZ), 43-37, in a non-league battle.
