New Jersey High School Basketball - North Brunswick fells Hopewell Valley Central
January 28, 2012: North Brunswick, NJ 08902 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the North Brunswick Raiders (North Brunswick, NJ) and the visiting Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs (Pennington, NJ), saw North Brunswick's basketball squad overcome Hopewell Valley Central by a count of 50-42.
With the victory, North Brunswick upgrades its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Raiders host South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ) to play the Tigers in a Greater Middlesex - White challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. South Plainfield won 49-27 in their recent league challenge against Monroe Township (Monroe Township, NJ)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Allentown Redbirds (Allentown, NJ) in a Colonial Valley - Patriot challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Hopewell Valley Central will attempt to upgrade on its 14-1 season record.
