February 20, 2013: Oakley, CA 94561 Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Irvington Vikings (Fremont, CA), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Freedom upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Falcons host Manteca (Manteca, CA) to battle the Buffaloes in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 26. The Buffaloes come into the test with a record of 0-0.
With the defeat, Irvington falls to 0-1 on the season. The Vikings host Mt. Eden (Hayward, CA) to battle the Monarchs in a non-league test on Saturday, March 2. The Monarchs come into the test with a record of 0-0.
