Colorado High School Volleyball - Silver Creek over Centaurus

September 27, 2012: Longmont, CO 80503

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Silver Creek Raptors (Longmont, CO) and the visiting Centaurus Warriors (Lafayette, CO), saw Silver Creek's volleyball squad beat Centaurus by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Silver Creek upgrades its record to 4-7 on the year. The Raptors host Mountain View (Loveland, CO) to play the Mountain Lions in a 4A Northern bout on Tuesday, October 2. The Mountain Lions go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Mountain View lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO)

The Warriors now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Frederick for a non-league bout on Monday, October 1. Centaurus will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Windsor (Windsor, CO). The Warriors record now stands at 8-5.
