First Quarter
The second round game of the tournament against the Basha Bears turned out to be much like the first time the Tigers played the Bears. Even though the Tigers came out with better energy unlike last time, the second quarter turned out to be the killer for the Tigers again. Tentativeness led to only 3 points in the quarter and Basha had a convincing 30 - 14 halftime lead.
Third Quarter
The Tigers played better in the second half only getting outscored by 1 point and actually cutting the lead to 9 points at one time, but it was Basha's size and athleticism that helped hold off the Tigers. Again Basha was led with a very balanced scoring attack and the Tigers were led by Shawn King's 18 points. Up next for the Tigers is the South Mountain Jaguars.
