The Spartanburg Day Griffins (Spartanburg, SC) basketball crushed the visiting Northside Christian Academy Knights (Charlotte, NC), 70-24 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Griffins (5-9) will now prepare for their test against Carolina Day (Asheville, NC). The Wildcats go into the NCISAA Carolinas test with a 13-0 record.
The Knights now own a 4-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Covenant Day for a NCISAA Metrolina test on Tuesday, January 19. Northside Christian Academy will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 64-45 league win over Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The Lions record now stands at 7-8.
