Florida High School Volleyball - Circle Christian crushed by Master's Academy
October 18, 2011: Oviedo, FL 32765 The Master's Academy Eagles topped the visiting Circle Christian Centurions volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oviedo for a non-league test on Thursday, October 20. Master's Academy will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL). The Lions record now stands at 19-5.
The Centurions (5-19) will now prepare for their test against Varsity Opponent (, ). The enter the non-league test with a 17-79 record.
Match Summary
Circle Christian School (5-19) was sweep by The Master's Academy (8-11) 12-25, 10-25, 17-25. Brianna Gassman led the Lady Centurions with 5 blocks, (1 solo and 4 Block Assist) in the third set. Tristynn Stroup was presented a good sportsmanship award at the end of the match, selected by the Referees. Our next match is Friday October 21 at 7pm vs Colonial High School. This is Circles final regular season match for 2011 and is their SENIOR NIGHT. The Lady Centurions will celebrate their only senior Crystal Bare.
