Katy Taylor Mustangs (Katy, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fort Bend Clements Rangers (Sugar Land, TX), 57-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Katy Taylor upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX) to play the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 8. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Fort Bend Dulles lost 41-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Pearland (Pearland, TX)

Next up, the Rangers play the Foster Falcon (Richmond, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 19. Fort Bend Clements will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record.
