The Savannah Bluejackets topped the visiting Johnson Atomsmashers basketball team by a final score of 55-47 in Saturday's league game.

In their next game, the Bluejackets face the Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 20. Savannah will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record.

With the defeat, Johnson drops to 5-1 on the season. The Atomsmashers travel to Keenan (Columbia, SC) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league test on Wednesday, December 19. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 6-1. Keenan won 64-49 in their recent non-league test against Charleston Collegiate (John's Island, SC)
